Non Revenue Water (NRW) Strategy Development

The NRW management strategy aims to provide practical implementation to reduce NRW in any distribution system. The strategy is comprised of manual and guideline for use by line staff for the reduction on NRW. It should identify who will take responsibility for implementation. It should make certain that individual has the authority and support needed to implement the plan.
